Cedar Falls Utilites purchased over 1,000 linear feet of 6ft high WIPPTM barriers for a flood control project at their power plant in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Multiple WIPPTM barriers in varying lengths were joined together using our simple overlapping technique to provide 4.5 ft of flood protection
